Lombard
Rally
Penny and
Jason were so close, but so far! They nearly completed
the Lombard Rally, after a monumental 4 day endurance
drive, but a broken driveshaft just a few miles from
the finish saw their drive end prematurely. After
picking up massive penalties at the start of the
event, they spent 4 days clawing back chunks of places....they
climbed from 88th place at the end of Day 1 to the top
20 on Day 4. After 900 road miles, 300 stage miles, 9
hours sleep and thousands of penalty points, Penny and
Jason are thrilled to have taken part in this demanding
rally. |

Lombard
Rally
Penny is dusting off her crash helmet, boots and racing
overalls to come out of Rally Retirement! In November
she will be driving in the Lombard Rally , alongside 'co-driver'
Jason Dawe. They are usually found presenting The Used
Car Roadshow, but the offer of drivig for Car Phone Warehouse
and the Treehouse Charity, was too tempting for them to
turn down.
They'll be writing all about their experiences in The
Sunday Times In Gear supplement!

Autotrader's
Used Car of the Year Awards
Penny and Jason will be hosting the first ever televised,
publicly voted Used Car Awards ever, in October. The show
will be broadcast in November so keep watching to see
which is the UK's favourite Used Car. |

Penny is delighted to have been working with Esure, hosting
staff briefings and motivating 800 staff from around the
UK at their annual conferences. |

Hours of Madness!
Penny completed 96 hours
of Madness from April 26-29 last night in Exeter!
1200 miles and 30 sites
(from Newcastle to Exeter) later, Penny completed her
task to visit every Bristol Street Dealership in 96 hours.
Hundreds of amazing deals were done on new and used cars,
and in the process, thousands of pounds have been raised
for Penny's favourite charity, Barnados.
A great job by all, and many thanks
for all the support from all over the UK!

Used Car Roadshow
Penny and Jason are
busy filming the new series of Used Car Roadshow which
will be on ITV4 at 7.00pm from April 18. In the meantime

Penny appeared on GMTV
last week when she was asked to comment on Speed Cameras.
Of course, she condones anything that improves safety
on the roads, but is mad about the amount of 'cash machines'
littered along the side of UK roads. Penny was delighted
about the possible introduction 'fines that fit the crime'
- reduced penalties for being just a little over the limit. |
